1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Mannafold RPG website at www.mannafoldrpg.com ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Mannafold RPG is a platform that allows users to browse, book, and participate in tabletop role-playing game sessions led by game masters. We facilitate the booking process and payment between players and game masters.

3. User Accounts

  • You must sign in using a valid Discord account to access certain features of the Service.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Discord account and for all activities that occur under your account.
  • You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service and make purchases.
  • You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your account details up to date.

4. Bookings & Payments

  • All prices are displayed in the currency indicated on the session listing.
  • Payment is processed securely through Stripe at the time of booking.
  • A booking is confirmed once payment has been successfully processed.
  • We reserve seat holds for a limited time during the checkout process. If payment is not completed, the hold will expire and the seat may become available to others.

5. Cancellation & Refunds

  • Cancellations made more than 48 hours before a session are eligible for a full refund.
  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of a session may not be eligible for a refund, at our discretion.
  • If a session is cancelled by the game master, you will receive a full refund.
  • Refunds are processed through Stripe and may take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.

6. Code of Conduct

By using the Service, you agree to:

  • Treat all game masters and fellow players with respect
  • Not engage in harassment, discrimination, or abusive behavior
  • Follow the rules and guidelines set by the game master for each session
  • Not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Not attempt to disrupt or interfere with the Service or its infrastructure

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this code of conduct.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Service, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Mannafold RPG or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Service's reliability, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee that sessions will meet your expectations.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mannafold RPG shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
